Dunno how Bandicam works but use OBS instead, it's better. With OBS you can use different window captures and arrange them on the same screen.

You're 100% certain you have Global Hotkeys enabled in LiveSplit?

If you start the game as administrator you need to start LiveSplit as such too (possible with rightclick)
