You making a profile solely to question a pb, or you making multiple threads for no reason, or you claiming he's cheating, but offering no proof.
No, a pb video is not proof exactly. Maybe you can point out where he cheated?

This guy is Rocky Rose. He has been claiming to be some big time Mortal Kombat world record holder. He's been banned from multiple websites such as Twin Galaxies and Retro Uprising for trash talking and making some rude forums posts. Recently, I caught him cheating his Mortal Kombat "world record" scores.
Oh, that reminds me of that guy a while ago, the one that kept cheating in fighting games (mostly MK and SF iirc ?). Oh well, just another guy to ban, i guess.
