No, it's a different ad for the same site. The other ad asked if you "want to learn how to do it".

Is there a certain rule against theses types of ads on here for something or can any type of ad be on here as long as it's not illegal.
Well I saw this same ad on YouTube and I don't know what to think anymore, What they allow on there is broken anyways
