In Resident evil 3 remake game rules it says for streams "DO NOT submit a past broadcast" but since I'm on playstation, that's the only way I can do it over an hour, by saving the stream and submitting that. Would that be fine?

they mean they want you to highlight the twitch stream. if you just stream and dont highlight it (or a part of it) the vod will be deleted in 7 days (longer for affiliates and partners). so make a highlight out of your run in the stream and submit that
