I am new to speedrunning and just set up my account today. I was wondering if I am able to pause during a run, and if it takes off time from it. The specific game is Five Nights at Freddy’s Help Wanted on the Oculus. Someone please let me know!

Generally pausing the game would not pause the clock. However, check the rules for that game’s leaderboard to see what it says. You can also ask the game mods if you have any questions for them.
