Do I have to record the whole thing? Or will a screen shot of the end stats do? or say If i used my phone to record my screen on the stat screen to prove the image has not been edited in some way?

Or if it doesn't say, then ask in that game's Discord or forum, or ask their moderators. Although generally, most games require video proof, and that I recommend a video over a photo since people will actually know what you did in your run. Sorry about the later reply, Thanks. The game I am going to attempt is The Last of us 2, the forums on it seem pretty dead, nothing new for a month or so and I dunno how to find the mods for it.

I clicked on " submit run " just to see what it looks like and how it is done and it had a blank space to fill in both time and IN GAME time, I have no idea how to track the time in this game, the end save file will have your time on it but i do not know if that is total time or just in game time. I just dont know if i HAVE to use something like LiveSplit, which I do not think I can get

From the game’s rules:

"All runs are timed with the In-game timer on the file select screen. Runs must show the main menu before the run for complete clarity or it will be invalidated. Make sure to read the category rules in order to avoid any issues or you will risk your run being rejected. If you have any questions, feel free to message a moderator for clarification."

And like @Pear said, you should of read the game's rules, which can be found, on the leaderboard, after pressing "Show rules"

I take it that means auto aim is allowed for this catagory?

That is a game specific question and these are the general forums, so ask in that game's Discord or its moderators

lol those forums are dead, I doubt I'd get a reply anytime soon. The person who i spoke to on the discord ( also somewhat dead ) was not fully sure either. Well, the rules for the other more harder LOU2 catagories specif state NO AUTO AIM but the rules for the run I plan to do do not say anything about auto aim so I assume it is ok. I just dont wanna spend hours doing something for nothing.
