i just got into speedrunning minecraft and i am wondering if my setup is legal.texture packs: better clear watermods: atum, dynamic fps, lazystronghold, lithium, sodium, speedrunIGT and world previewalso, are there any mods / texture packs that make you see better like fullbright for 1.16.1 that are lagal?

I would ask in the game's forums or discord, but I'm pretty sure mods that give you an advantage like fullbright or clear water are banned.
