Sleep. And don't start speedrunning late in the day once you're tired.
try to speedrun it when u go to sleep dont forget to put the splits like 1hour 2 hour 3 hour then when it reaches 4 hours quickly turn off the wake upper
Eat healthy, go to the gym, take a powernap.
I guess those will work for tiredness and sleepiness. But keep in mind that some people don't need as much sleep as other people ^^ Get sleep when it's needed. There is always a next day.
what works for me: rest a bit whenever you're putting out an ad, for example after you failed a pb attempt. before engaging in another run, hit up your chat for a few mins, relax, maybe drink some coke, close your eyes for a few mins (don't forget to put up an alert so you don't start sleeping onstream) should extend your availability for at least another ~8 hours.
