My question is simple, I would like to know how speed runs with a console allowed eg xbox one (yes i never tried to speed on a console. So on xbox one for example where there is an emulator in the browser is it allowed to use it? or just xbox games?

Are you asking if you can use a console to speedrun games that weren’t released on it? If the console supports a “virtual console” - like playing an N64 game on the Wii - then that is allowed and it usually classified as such (WiiVC in my example). How a community or LB handles runs on different consoles is up to them.

If you’re talking about modifying a console to make it run a homebrew emulator of some kind, that’s a bit trickier and depends entirely on the game/community.
