I've checked all the time splitters from resourses and only llanfair has this function though instead of making background transparent it makes it plain white.

Choose a plain color for your background (whatever color works, I usually choose black), and set this color as a color key on OBS. Everything that is black (or whatever color you selected) will become transparent.
