What game?

Ask a moderator, or make a forum thread on the game's page. If it's for Deep Down then maybe dha, because the other moderator looks fairly inactive.

could i become a mod for it

If it's Deep Down, ask dha, the super mod, but you need some verified socials on your profile as a means of contact (and a verified email address) and to be involved with the game's community if at all possible. I also don't think there's any demand given that the last submissions were made in 2022, but hey.
