I did a speedrun on Wreckfest Bloomfield Oval 10 Laps. and Im the only one to claim a run so shouldnt I be #1? and its been atleast a month since I submitted the run.

Site policy is upto 21 days. Since you said you have been waiting a month I would attempt to get in contact with the moderator for Wreckfest.
