Each game has it's own forum section. And if there are no runs on a board, it is most likely because people don't run it right now.

My guess:

1.) Cuphead comes out. 2.) This seem pretty cool grinding proceeds 3.) Games optimized relatively quickly so getting top position would probably take a lot of time/more grinding. 4.) OMG MARIO ODYSSEY.
