First try using the methods suggested in the link you gave. If no one here has an answer, try asking on stackoverflow.
First off I'd suggest using Dells site, not whatever the hell that sketchy site is: https://www.dell.com/community/Desktops-Wiki/Beep-Codes-and-PSA-Diagnostic-Chart/ta-p/5189680
Video Card/Graphics Card Remove and reinstall the video card on a Desktop Computer for error codes: 1000-0332 2000-0332 1000-0333 2000-0333 <--- (your error) 1000-0334 2000-0334
Please see the Service manual for instructions on how to remove and reinstall the Video Card. Be sure to remove and reinstall the monitor cables. After reinstalling the Video Card re-run the diagnostics if you receive the same error code Contact Us.
So the code tells us you have a problem with your graphics card most likely, though if I had to guess the error is likely more general if this is related to connecting to WiFi. It could be a PCI Bus issue. Have you contacted Dell's support? Is there a warranty on the machine?
You could try opening up the laptop and re-seating the graphics and WiFi card assuming they are not integrated, but I'd only do that if you are super comfortable with it and have rooted around inside laptops before.
