I recently submitted a speedrun on Sonic the hedgehog and it was rejected due to the link not working. Am I allowed to resubmit the same video with the right link or do I have to make another video

You can resubmit the run with the right link yes

If the link doesn’t work, then you should check to see if it is private. Make sure you got the right link.
