I have been beating Ds3 in under 3 hours fairly consistent and im wondering if that counts as a speedrun yet or if the time needs to be much lower.

If you completed it with the intention of going fast, then it’s a speedrun.

This reminds me of that guy that speedrunned all the darksouls back to back, no hits. then got hit by the last boss of darksouls 3 on his 1st attempt.

Then he came back and won it on his second attempt, I think. 😅
