Ive recently gotten into running, but i dont have a capture card. Im waiting on one I ordered, but until it arrives, what are some good in-browser games to speedrun?

Hello! If you're looking for browser games that you can pick up quickly, you should check out games made with pico-8, a program for making games that has strict restraints on size. You can see a list of the pico-8 games on the site here.

I personally would recommend Shelled Shinobi and Dungeon of Numenas 2 as games that can be picked up quickly, but still have a high skill ceiling if you decide you want to really grind them (Shelled Shinobi is the first game I ever recorded a run for). I also made a list of some other pico-8 games that seem particularly easy to run here.

And if you decide you want something more challenging/unusual, try out Grippy. That's my favorite speedgame, though others seem to find it a bit daunting :​D

Check out Stinkoman on homestarrunner. Also just look for games people play that says "web" under them.
