Oi i'm the memepope and i'm trying to go down in history for one thing only and that one thing is speedrunning Gun Mayhem Redux,but yeah i'm working with my chromebook for recordings so it ain't easy but i'm trying to upload as much as i can i don't even know how to edit but yeah

Unfortunately, the chromebook seems to be limited when it comes to software, but: For recording runs, you can try to use some of these screen recorders For timing runs, you can try https://www.reddit.com/r/speedrun/comments/3gu7cx/web_based_speedrun_timer/ Hopefully this helps a little, since most people just record their runs in real-time with OBS and their splits being done by something like livesplits (which the chromebook doesn't support). I'd recommend doing the same, since having to edit each run you do would be a pain. In general, chromebooks are very limited, so if you have a way of getting money, I'd try to get a cheap windows laptop or something if you can. Best of luck with your runs, and hopefully I helped a little.

If possible, there seem to be some ways to get android or linux things up-and-running on chromebooks, so if you can figure this out, that should make it a lot easier to record and run stuff.
