I already have one form of contact but since I need two, would it work if I use a youtube channel that doesn't have any speedrun related things on it? If no how much speedrunning content would be required?

I believe that your socials are just used as methods of contact and thus don't necessarily need to be geared towards speedrunning, as long as you're active on them and people can reliably reach you through them.

I use YouTube as one of mine. Just make sure you have at least one video public for people to comment on, and enable email notifications.
