hey. i'm 1337sensei, and i'm new to professional speedrunning.
speedrunning always peaked my interest, because it was more than simply doing a game as fast as possible. it was dissecting a game, discovering every strategy and then using them against it. plus the community always seemed friendly.
when it comes to actually doing a run, i'm not winning. i have no timing software, my library of games is basically limited to 6/7/8th gen titles, and i'm not skilled at many games. i also can't sacrifice hours a day to keep my records. so why do i bother?
because i have this crazy aspiration of being known. i want to achieve a decent name for myself in a community, and to discover every glitch i can. god knows i try.
so yeah, that's me. if i'm just another wannabe, that's cool.
