i can't find a rom for this game and i want to start speedrunning it, can anyone help me out? or does it just not exist anymore? i'm really confused.

You have to find a ROM on your own, using whatever means you wanna use. It's technically illegal to upload ROMs with the purpose of sharing, and SRC probably doesn't want you to share ROMs on their site.
