Normally it would only take 21 days at most before needing to take action. But because it's Minecraft it will take you a year.

I've waited 21 days and nothing its still pending. I see people getting approved within days if not minutes. What's the deal why is it taking so long to get approved you cant even submit a ticket for this problem. People you message are unresponsive or dont care. Messaged speedruns on twitter 12 days ago they haven't responded and most likely haven't even read it. How do I get this resolved? No one seems to give a flying F. Its a very simple game. Hand simulator.

Some games they would take about 1 day possibly longer. But, if you are a Verifier or Moderator for the game. It could be about a few seconds. Cause, I am a Moderator for a video game. And, I just look at the run. Make sure it is good and no cheats are allowed. And, that is it.
