I have been speed running choppy orc and have screenshots of in game timer for a 52nd place run of 129.2 but I'm playing on a mac and don't know how to screen record. Also I just wanted to put myself out there because I am new.

There's many screen recorder programs on the internet, the most popular of which is OBS Studio (which is free). I'd recommend looking into how to set this up so you can get times up on a leaderboard.

Only very occasionally these days, I'm afraid. There's plenty of more engaging speedrunners out there, you should check the Streams page or SpeedRunsLive for more.
