live split is the most common timer/split program to use. You usually download it and mix it together with gameplay in OBS. thats the most common timing method used by top runners, streamers and youtubers

ive also seen people use other timing methods, but most of them are for console players lacking a capture card. like using 2 monitors (one to time and one to play and filming them both) or using the timer function on mobile and film it.

Note that timer isnt required in most cases so you might not need it depending on the game (the game you are following, produgy, does not require timer)
