Question is in the title. I have now updated my profile to add more contacts, and I was just wondering how I could get in touch with a moderator to see if they can approve my game now? Or should I request the game again? I don't want to annoy the moderators though, not too sure what I should do.

You can request the game again. It should be fine with a YouTube and Discord contacts.
