For sake of simpler timing/setup, I'd suggest we clarify the start of the run to be when hitting Qualify/Race on the "Round 1 South Africa" screen, and end the run at the "Driver's Point" screen (the first screen to confirm championship completion).

This allows runners to set up their preferences for the car/opponents/etc. without that counting towards the time. That can be manipulated a bit already by going into Single Race, and setting the car up on that menu, then resetting, but that just seems to be too tedious to include that when the more elegant solution would be to just start timing on the last menu before the first laps of driving.

If you'd need help retiming previous runs to implement this change, I would absolutely be willing to do that. Thanks! Cool game!
