I can't do the any% route because my pc loads the roxy raceway area far too quickly. I try to run exactly like I've seen others do it and I have many times but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I tried using a worse hard drive which helped but it was still too fast, is there any way to slow down the game even more?

Also you can turn down the priority in your task manager thatll make it run slower. It may help. just dont turn it down to slow or itll be unplayable
