You can post your time whatever it is. RTA = Real Time Attack, this is the timing method that means the run is timed in real time. Even if you take a break to eat during the run, the timer is still running. SS = single Segment, this is generally used to mean that the run is done without loading saves. The way the FF8 leaderboards use these is that a run is SS if it doesn't load a save file during the run, RTA does.
