Make a new section for the fastest time completing an certain outpost

do a run, then mods will add new category for it

@ayner prob not. Could be made into a section under levels but I don't see enough interest in anybody posting runs like this.

Myself and Keef would likely just attack those categories hard and they would sit dormant for years.
