There are pros and cons to the different patches that are used for speedrunning.

• Infinite syringe trick is possible on all patches ()

• Invisibility glitch is possible on: 1.0-1.4

• Disabling loot animations is possible on: 1.10 (latest patch)

• Utkarsh buzzers spawn consistently on: 1.0-1.4 & 1.7 (as long as you do not reload checkpoint or die after Key to the North)

• Utkarsh buzzers do NOT spawn consistently on: 1.10 (until you complete a mission in Utkarsh)

• DLC guns (e.g. Ripper) are available on: 1.7 & 1.10
