Settings:
It is necessary to ensure that your violence is set to “maximum blood” to ensure the correct death animations.
Cave and Wasteland #1:
Run past the rats in the cave, quickly ending combat when you move far enough away from any rats that aggro on you.
Take care not to accidentally do the combat glitch or speed click.
Exit to the wasteland, head South-West till you hit desert then North-East to the Military Base.
As you cannot use the combat glitch, you may lose a lot of runs to encounters.
Military Base:
Run up to the Mutant, press 2, 1.
Press 2, 1, 1 in dialogue with the Lieutenant.
Run away from, then around the Lieutenant.
Pick the locker open and take the Plastic Explosives and the Key.
Activate and plant the explosives on Van Hagan (the robed man).
Use first aid (or doctor) on yourself to pass time.
Take the Robes from Van Hagan’s exploded corpse, taking care not to enter the aggro range of the mutant guard.
Run to the terminal, science it, and press 1, 4, 1 to activate the silent self-destruct.
Run to the elevator and head onto the 3rd floor.
Equip the robes, heal if you need too, and ensure you have the key equipped for later. (If you have more than 30HP left, you can head through a force-field guaranteed, if not maybe heal with a stimpack.)
The first, stationary mutant guard will engage you in dialogue, press 1, 2, 1 then continue past him.
Head to the elevator and exit on floor 1.
Remove the robes and heal if needed.
Run out of the base, and when confronted by the door guard, press 3, 1 in order for him to let you pass.
Run to the exit grid and skip the cut-scene once it loads.
Wasteland #2 & Cathedral:
Head South-East to the Cathedral, taking care to avoid the mountains if possible.
Enter the Cathedral and then level up.
Put sneak at least 85% and Speech and Lockpick at ~130%.
Unlock the door leading to the staircase, equip the robe, then unlock the door leading to the basement.
On the Bookcase furthest down, use lockpick on the left side to find the hidden latch.
Use this latch then run to the vault door guards, pressing 2, 1 for their dialogue.
Run to the elevator and head to floor 3. Run past everyone towards the bomb elevator, unlock the door and then the elevator itself.
Go to the 4th floor and unlock the elevator behind you.
Unlock the door leading to the bomb then stand on the tile directly below the bomb terminal.
In sneak mode, use the key to activate the bomb. A mutant will come over and punch you.
Move 9 spaces so you are directly under the door-frame. Enter Sneak and hit enter to exit combat.
If it does not let you exit combat, try spamming enter and 1 but if it still does not you will need to Quick-load and try again.
If you were in sneak before Quick-saving, this will not work, you must sneak after Quick-saving.
Exit the enemy aggro range, exit sneak and head back to Floor 3, then go to the other elevator.
Remove your robe, then enter the elevator.
Exit on Floor 1 and a man will speak to you.
Press 3, 3, 1 and he will kick you out of the Cathedral.
Run to the exit grid then spam skip the ending slides, and quickly initiate and exit the overseer’s dialogue using the P key, ending the run.
Make sure not to invalidate your whole run here by glitching out of his dialogue.
