Putting it a bit blunt at the end, lol. Twitch (or other livestreaming sites) highlights are fine just make sure it's mostly the duration of the run. Stream layout is 100% up to the runner, but it's preferable to make the game clear and somewhat smooth (please don't upload 5 fps game recording).
