My "100% Bad Ending" run

So I have a question… is a 100% Bad Ending run even possible? Wouldn’t doing the 100% always give you the True Ending?
There’s also an issue with the current 100% True Ending rules… 2 different sets of rules appear at once.

The closest we can get to 100% Bad Ending is by collecting all gems and then achieve the bad ending instead of proceeding with world 8.
