The Neobabel skip shoots the button in the left teleporter's room that opens up the right teleporter which leads you to the exit. The crossbow flies all the way across the huge map, which is why the lineup is so precise. This strat even done slowly can probably saves 7+ seconds, but can easily save 10+ since you're already in this position and are skipping so much of the map.

The exact mechanics of Jakob's xbow blocker are still unknown, but this lineup was just found by ViciousGardel to consistently start the fight early with just 1 shot. This is a strat that can take 90% of Jakob's health from the same position, and together these strats make the fight much faster and more consistent.
