1. Use keybindings - Rather then moving the mouse from FF button to dialogue options, keep your mouse on the FF button and use keybindings [defaulted to arrow keys and enter/space] to choose dialogue. This way you save quite a bit of time over the run and spend more time in FF mode rather then fumbling around with the mouse.

2. Dating/Endings - There are currently no rules as to which ending you have to get for a run to count as complete and often it is faster [but not always!] dialogue wise to choose bad (black smoke) choices. This may change at some point, but I found it relevant for shaving more time off runs.

3. Daughter - Much like the dating tip, you don't really need your daughter to be happy with you to complete the game. Always use options like leaving her alone to optimize your time (Even if it makes you feel like a bad daddy xD).

4. Dadbook - the fastest way through Dadbook is to just spam down + enter, it doesnt seem to affect much dialogue wise so no need to choose specific answers for your route
