Thanks to CraftainJulius for the idea, Me and Tiggz talked out about this and since I couldn't find any flaw with it, I was about to make this official, but I decided to show the final version in public and wait for everyone opinion.
Community Guidelines; The 100 Point System
Note;
- A 'Ban' is when you lose all privileges of submitting run's, meaning they will get rejected on submission.
- If a player break's one of the rule's, and it's within the server "Mineplex" you can also submit a report to; Mineplex.com/reports
Thresholds:
25 - 1 Week ban
50 - 1 Month Ban
75 - 3 Month Ban
100 - Permanent Ban

You cannot accuse another player of something without evidence of them committing the offense. (+15 points) For example; Calling someone a 'Cheater', and expecting them to get punished without providing sufficient evidence of the player committing the offense.

No 'Unsportsmanlike' behaviour. (+25 points) For example; Acting like a child whenever your run get's beaten / starting an argument over something very stupid which is Dragon Escape related.

Unironic Racism. (Either +75 or Perm ban) For example; Certain people have a 'dark sense of humour', so what I mean by this is if someone is actively going out to do some harm to the player for their race (and belief / culture if it's also the case).

Cyberbullying (+75 points) This is one of the most controversial offenses there are, so I'm going to be very clear on what we define as "Cyberbullying".
- The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature.
- Creating obnoxiously rude Hashtag's, or 'Meme's' of another person without their consent / agreement.
- Threatening to release, or releasing someone's personal information / bodily features without their permission.
- Verbally harassing / bullying another individual.
- Threatening to do something to another player which can cause serious harm / damage. (Instant perm ban)

Now this all looks good, and you may be asking "How do we report it?" Well I made a public Skype account you can contact me with, now whenever/if I made this I would need to tell you what I will accept and what I will not.
I think this needs to be put into effect ASAP. There have been so much harassing going on within the community it needs to be dealt with.
Personally I disagree with this.
This is not the Mineplex Reports Forum. This is the Dragon Escape Speedrunning Forum. Although it may be true that people get harassed a lot in this community, they shouldn't get banned for it. This is about getting the fastest time, not about whether or not you are well known in the community for being nice.
However, if someone is abusing rule #5 then I think some action should be done.
Just my opinion, I don't think that rules #1-4 should be ban-worthy though, and I do think that this will also bring a lot of snitching to the community, because a lot of people want each other banned (It's always been like that unfortunately).
I'll probably reject their runs for the time being and whenever there's a run faster than that I'll accept it as 2nd place.
Well, maxi is on 75 points for the bop thing, infact we all are... We just need paris to put the evidence on super then a gg ban. The community is going to get banned or max won't stick to it, gg :D
Everyone has done something stupid Thunder, I thought of giving everyone a fresh start or else a lot of people would be banned (I'll probably be perm banned because back in my nubs days of calling people a speeder).
