Hard mode foundation start guide

Settings

For PCSX2:
PAL is 60fps when NTSC is 30fps but NTSC has slightly faster load times which is an important timesave on a full run.
We use speedhacks for faster load times (you have to adapt the EE cyclerate and EE Cycle Skipping with how much your computer can support) : https://m.imgur.com/MqWKlw4 .

For emulators and consoles:
Disable all tracks in the Beat Box to have slightly faster menuing when you select a fight and upgrade your stats for an important timesave on a full run. https://youtu.be/gindrUqn7Wc
