So it turns out that the "Fast Enter" perk node on SRL Helmets makes the summoning time for a sparrow ¤literally¤ instant. Its not like a small buff, you can now get off a sparrow, pull out your ghost and instantly have a new sparrow. This means that you don't have to wait for your sparrow to regen its boost, you can literally just get off and get a new one.

Now I know what you're thinking, "I can just do this already without the helmet by getting off my sparrow and waiting for the longer summon time." Turns out that's super slow and not as fast as this. This is faster than waiting for your boost to regen too! Also, bonus feature: It should allow ¤any¤ class to sparrow fly indefinitely and quicker. Which is kinda awesome.
