I just started to learn the chapter 1 speedrun and I use sticky keys to hold down shift and ctrl, but when I do so and when I go into fights my heart slows down is there anyway to fix that withought having to not hold down shift for the entire run?

You can toggle sticky keys on and off between battles but besides that no. On the old demo with only chapter 1 however (in resources), there’s no slowdown mechanic so you can use sticky keys with no issues.
