Fourth released version (don't know why it's called 0.5), changes include respawn boosting patched and dash boosts fixed.

Not sure how heavily/in what ways this will impact speedrunning, I don't really wanna create more clutter with a new version when there aren't even that many 0.3 runs, so I might merge versions into one category, kill 0.3 runs, or something else.
