Open run menu (Win+R), run "steam://nav/console", then run the command for whatever version you want in the steam console.

Once its finished it'll print a directory in the console. Go to that directory and move it to wherever you want and rename it to whatever you want. Put a text file next to the exe called "steam_appid.txt" and make that text file have "356650" as its content. Run the exe as normal, or add it as an external game on steam.
