Here ya go: This is 1,000,000% run on the CD-ROM game released in 2006. The run starts when I click accept, and ends when the final message appears after opening the case. (the split in the video is late) There are a few different game modes, but none of them make the game faster and afaik there's no way to predict or manipulate rng to get $1,000,000. Let me know if there's anything else you need before you can add it.

There is a similar multiplayer mode in the PC game where you can customize the prizes in each case (like instead of playing for cash you're playing for jelly beans) but you can't add a bunch of $1m cases like that. I guess you can add these mini-games too: Puzzle Game - Starts when you click Start on any puzzle, ends when the message pops up after solving the puzzle. Memory Challenge - Starts when you click Memory Challenge or Restart, ends when the message pops up after the final round.
