Tried out some swapcast stuff to reduce the runes needed.

For those who want to try it:

• Swapcasting with a maul only works properly if you are not frozen or decrepified. If you are slowed, you need to wait between casts, otherwise your attacks wont go off (see durielfight)

• Only way to get a Maul in act2 is gambling. You need 17+ to get one, 18 or 19 has a way better chance to get one. Rerolling with 3 chipped gems gives you multiple chances to get a good one and if you found Ith-Runes, socket them, thats your best dmgboost

• You somehow cant run away after swapcasting concentrate, so you need to cheese Diablo to not get roasted by lightning. Check the floorpattern on Diablofight to see where he needs to stop.
