This google site discusses various glitches and tricks for Juste and Maxim (Mostly focused on Juste as of now) and is updated with new information whenever I have time to fit it in :')

Hopefully this finds use for anyone trying to get into the game, I tried my best to explain everything to the best of my knowledge with some integration with the community of the Handheld IGAVania speedrun discord

The site does not go into particular speedrun routes, though I'm thinking of making something for some of those in the future.
