I suppose ng+ categories can be created, thought you were using cheats at first, but then remembered that's just how mp works in DoS with the Chaos Ring, lol, Still ng+ category seems good.

Meta Knight Mode

I think even JupiterClimb would agree that we don't need a leaderboard for a romhack that only one person did one attempt stream of. In the future if there's significant interest in it, a separate page will be made for the Meta Knight romhack.

Is there a possibility for boss rush to be it's own section? Maybe separated by Soma/CV3 team? I'd definitely run that, I've gotten well under 2 mins in game time with menu-ing and feel there's something to be had there.
