Problem is, what weapons/charms/supers would you be able to use. Would you just pick up anything or the stuff you have access to in each isle.

Well, you could do an NG+ run where you can use anything and everything, or you could do unbeaten game. You could also do 200% 100% OR any%. Seems fun
