Newest patch turned Progress screen into a Scene Select (after we bugged the dev on Steam Forum a bit for it, props to them), should we use that for Individual Levels or is anything on the table for a "during the campaign" run / loadout?

Yes, I was just about to update the rules to reflect that. ILs will be done from the Scene Select, to ensure everyone is on equal footing.
