Archon 110% is difficult to achieve as there is no way to shut off creeper production on the map. Firstly, get the 'Mine Production' ERN portal upgrade to increase your redon production to 18/s. This can sustain 36 shields, but you will need a lot more than 36 shields to cover the map.

Now you need to take over the map using standard weapons, and build up around 80 shields; keep the majority of these disarmed so you don't run out of Arg. Maneuver the shields so that they cover as close to the entire map as you can and with weapons in place, arm all the shields at once. This will drain your Arg supply very quickly, but fully supplied shields will stay armed without resupply for 40 seconds. You have less than a minute to patch holes in your network of shields and clear out any remaining creeper.
