Hello, for the Worlds 1-8 Boss Marathon category, is it required to defeat every level with boss enemy (such as 2-9 and 2-11), or just the boss at the end of each world?

Is the usage of the speed booster in the bottom left allowed? Going from 1.0 speed to 1.5 speed or is that banned too? All I see in rules is that time jumpers and auto battling is banned.
