Split: Any% w/ Water Glitch w/ subsplits

You need to add "Subsplits" in the layout to make it work properly. Added 2 extra splits for Water Glitch route

Hello. We have decided to exclude the 3.6 rule, top 5 runners are no longer required to use check.cfg at the end of the run. Also small correction to name of the "All Key Items", it is now "All Key Items + NMG". Have a nice day.
